Yep, and given Monaco is regarded as a driver's track, it might be even more telling.

I don't think it's that telling, tbh. Performance was pretty much locked in after qualifying for many drivers but the gaps didn't have to be that big to make a difference. I don't think e.g. Vettel was that much better than Kimi on the day, if at all, yet he finished 11s up the road from him. But that was more than likely because Hamilton finished 1s ahead of Kimi, rather than because Kimi was significantly slower than Vettel. And Bottas finished less than 1s behind Kimi, etc.

In other words, for many drivers their pace was dictated by the car in front, with extremely limited opportunities for overtaking
