Daayyum, I didn't realise how ugly that Ferrari was. Maybe I'm now too used to the lower rear wing but the nose is fugly as well but I don't remember thinking it was ugly at the time at all.

Weird.

(Nice photo though)

I actually much prefer the nose of the 2015 to the current one, although that's the only part I think looks better. Agree on the rear wing, though - it didn't look so skinny and tall back in 2015!

While we're on the subject of ugly noses, check out this beauty:

Yeah that was awful but I think the F14-T was even worse, lol. 'The Hoover'

On the '15's nose, I'm sure it was one of my preferred ones at the time, not as good as Mercs and my personal FI favourite but I could've sworn I liked it but there's just something about it now that stands out badly, just like the rear wing which never bothered me at all at the time but now I see a car from 09-16 it's the first thing that jumps out just how fugly it is.

I became a bit of a convert to the McLaren style nose which Ferrari have this year so maybe seeing this one just makes it stand out and jar me, who knows.

Tyrrell P34 1976/1977. They even won a race with that and had 13 more podiums. Scheckter came 3rd 1976 in the WDC, being only 20 points short of the crown.

Mostly from the age when innovation and creativeness were encouraged. Fan cars, ground effects, and yes, 6-wheelers (some with 2 REAR axles). The Tyrell was the most successful, by far...

But... back to the countdown...

It's not as insane as it looks - the concept of the 6-wheeled car is to reduce the profile of the tyres (two smaller tyres instead of one larger) and thus the drag. It has a very solid concept behind it, even if it didn't end up catching on as the dominant philosophy.

Yup. Good example. That "3" could not be smaller...
