From seeing the FP3 standings, it's gonna be super closed up field.
Can't wait for qualifying.

Who played the practical joke on DC and put super glue on the top of his microphone? It appears stuck to the underside of his chin!

Vettel for pole   I have a feeling Max will out qualify Ricciardo, I am very excited about Max.

Absolutely, it is just Q1 but he is already 0.2s faster than Ricciardo.

Called it on Massa, just released him too late. Williams are a good team but just make these basic mistakes way too often

I've been a big supporter of giving Palmer his fair chance. But I'm starting to believe the Ocon rumours, they make a lot of sense

Incredible performance so far from Verstappen. Soaking up the pressure with no problems

So after Q2 Verstappen's 4 10ths up on Ricciardo & Kvyat's almost 4 10ths down on Sainz.

So far it looks like the swaps working nicely.

I agree Max is great, and I'm very excited. However, Q2 is not a fair comparison. Q1 yes, not Q2. Q2 tyres are race tyres. I suspect both Rosberg and Ricciardo took some tenths off their laps to save their tyres. But yes, Q1 was completely a fair comparison, as will be Q3.

This could be the quickest reputation fall in F1 history, come on Danny Ric!

They are 2.5 seconds quicker than last year? How?

I think the quickest and most comprehensive reputation fall will stay with Raikkonen in 2014, for ages to come. It was supposed to be Senna vs Prost, Fire vs Ice. Damn.

Hakkinen out qualified Senna in his first quali session when he came in to Mclaren mid season.

Very impressed by Red Bull in comparison to Ferrari. Just shows what an absolute demon chassis they have, especially when you consider the Works Renault team is languishing at the back!

This is true, but that quickly turned around. I was running with Max being a better driver than Dan. Dan is a hot property at the moment, that could change literally over night

The Mercedes pace is insane, how can they keep a straight face when saying the Ferrari looks close this weekend...

Wow. I feel heads are going to roll at Ferrari. Shocking. More than a year after the reshuffle, on the most representative track, they are 2 seconds off Mercedes. They have made NO progress, and have in fact fallen further behind.

There are rumours that Costa or Alison might become new TP. Oh dear...

There is too much pressure on Scuderia :(

That's not true. Kimi is 2s behind because he made a mistake, not because the car is 2s behind

Very very pleased for him as good of a story it would be for Max, 0.4 is a nice gap for both of them really. Better for Dan though
